III. FOUNDATION: Laying the Foundation for Relationship Currency |
Relationship Currency® Training
Relationship Currency Training provides high-leverage skills for individuals, teams, and organizations that haven’t fully realized that beyond their educational foundation and professional pedigree, their portfolio of relationships is their biggest asset. They don’t proactively initiate conversations or critical interactions, may not be consistently investing in their key relationships, or fail to engage and influence without authority.
Participants learn to:
- Succinctly design and articulate a set of relationship-centric goals and objectives
- Identify Pivotal Contacts™ – within or external to the organization, critical to their success
- Maximize the diversity, quality, and investment efforts in their Relationship Bank™
- Capture and effectively deliver their personal Relationship Currency assets
- Develop a Relationship Currency Roadmap™ to prioritize the most relevant relationships they choose to invest in, and the type of appropriate and value-based investments
- Reinvent their ROI to Return on Involvement, Influence, Integration, Impact, and Image
This highly acclaimed foundational course would be an indispensable component of any corporate university and a driving force behind relationship-centric culture-change initiatives worldwide. Relationship Currency Training outpaces traditional communication and interpersonal relationship development skills courses in getting you to sustainable results.
Social Networking Best Practices Training
Individually offer for LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook for Business, or an overarching Social Networking Best Practices session (to include lighter review of the above plus Jigsaw, Slideshare, ZoomInfo, Spoke, and Second Life to name a few), this course is ideal for individual contributors and line managers trying to attract and retain top notch talent, prospect for new customers in new markets, or create alliance relationships and extend their market reach.
In this highly interactive session, participants learn to:
- Review the Top 10 Internet Marketing Best Practices
- Critique their personal and corporate online presence
- Review cross-industry best practices
- Develop a Social Networking Roadmap™ to maximize a consistent online presence
- Review platforms for intelligent, private enterprise social networks deployed within organizations such as Xerox, Clinton Global Initiative, and Relationship Economics’ own RENetworks™.
Social Networking is enhancing the basic tenets of business-to-business interactions. Many of the processes and technologies you need to embrace as a leader are not only the future of delivering exceptional experiences tomorrow, but also best practices in how to engage a very diverse group of constituents today; diversity in mindset, toolset and roadmap!
IV. GROWTH: Facilitating Personal & Professional Growth |
Reputation Capital® Training
Reputation Capital Training provides the second volume of the Relationship Economics framework with the completed Relationship Currency Roadmap™ as the foundation for continued personal and professional growth. Individual RSI Assessments are a prerequisite for this workshop. Line managers and business leaders who are not particular stewarts of their personal, team-based, and organizational reputation are ideal attendees. Mentoring and leadership development programs in search of an indepth review of corporate reputation would also benefit from this content.
Participants learn to:
- Review and conceptual agreement on quantifiable perceptions - of an individual, a team, an organization or an industry
- Identify potential reputation enhancers
- Maximize specific strategies for mitigating reputation risk
- Capture and effectively deliver the long-term value of strategic reputation rewards
- Develop a Reputation Capital Roadmap™ to prioritize the most relevant reputation foresight based on their individual contribution and leadership style
Now more than ever corporate reputations are under attack and at great risk. Individual behaviors can enhance or dilute the corporate brand, character and culture of the organization to perform, and the percieved value of its products. This development course is the answer to a fundemental change in mindset of the entire organization.
Professional Net Worth® Training
Professional Net Worth is a highly focused leadership retreat, facilitated by a team of Relationship Economics strategists leading an in-depth review of the Professional Net Worth mastery. The two-day session is highly customized for individual, as well as small team-based exercises, to introduce, reinforce and personalize the highest level of relationship development efficiency and effectiveness.
Participants learn to:
- Develop an indepth analysis of Relationship Assets, Liabilities, and long-term Equity
- Optimize “CXO and Board-level” mastery of value-base relationships towards execution of key strategic initiatives

COACHING AND MENTORING: Reinforcing the Adoption of the Concept |
Relationship Economics® / Social Networking Mastery
Mentor Program
The mentor program is six months of access to David Nour; unlimited via e-mail, phone, fax, regular mail, etc. with in-person meetings when mutually convenient. David helps participants
Strategically:
- How to prioritize their most strategic on or off-line relationships,
- How to gain access – online via various social networking applications or off-line via critical referral sources,
- How to leverage the web as a credibility source with quantifiable “market pull,”
- How to position one’s unique value-add, etc.), and
Tactically:
- Top Internet Marketing / Social Networks to focus on,
- Preparing for an upcoming meeting,
- Critiquing presentations or proposals,
- Leveraging video as an intellectual capital dissemination engine,
- Crafting unique questions / discussions, or overcoming objections, etc.).
With a prioritized list of objectives, measures and outcomes, David and his team review the participant’s current state, objectively define a future state and jointly develop a rolling 30-60-90 day plan to close the gap. The often become mutual mentoring goals – some participants contact David daily, some weekly, some monthly, some visit – many don’t. The frequency and style is up to each participant. David is responsive and prompt – with a no, non-sense attitude focused on achieving results.
The fee is $3,500 for individual participants and $10,000 for a small team of up to five participants from the same organization. The entire fee is required to begin the process or to be placed on a wait list. The fee is non-refundable, but participants are allowed to place a “hold” on the program at any time to execute some of the recommendations.
Admission is limited. If there are no openings there is a "first come, first served" wait list.
