David Nour - Managing Partner

David is a social networking strategist and one of the world’s foremost thought leaders on the quantifiable value of business relationships.  A native of Iran, David came to the U.S. with just a suitcase, $100, few family ties and limited English speaking skills. Over the past 25 years, he has built an impressive career both within large corporations and early stage ventures.

David has served in many executive and entrepreneurial, results-driven roles and has extensive experience in the conception, development and implementation of strategic relationship-centric processes at companies such as IBM, SGI (formerly Silicon Graphics), Kforce Consulting, Procuri, Catarra, TIAN Software, and Accelerating 1to1.

David is the author of Relationship Economics (Wiley, 2008), a senior management advisor, and featured speaker for corporate, association and academic forums, where he shares his knowledge and experience as a leading change agent and visionary for Relationship Economics® - the art and science of relationships.

In addition to serving his community as a former board member of the Center for Puppetry Arts and a former co-chair of the United Way Tech Initiative, The Bridge, and High Tech Ministries, David is also an active member of several professional organizations including the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), American Management Association (AMA), Institute of Management Consultants (IMC), and the Society of International Business Fellows (SIBF). 

 

David has been previously named to Georgia Trend’s 40 Under 40, Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Up and Coming and Who’s Who in Atlanta Technology Awards. He has been featured in a variety of publications, including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The Atlanta Journal and Constitution, The Atlanta Business Chronicle, Georgia Trend, and Pink Magazines.

David earned an executive MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University where he's often a guest lecturer and a bachelor’s degree in management from Georgia State University. He currently resides with his family in Atlanta, Georgia.


Jennifer Whitt, PMP - Partner; Global Project Management Practice Leader

Jennifer Whitt is a speaker, trainer, Certified Performance Coach, author, and company president of Optimo, a BeOne Now Company, a consulting firm specializing in team and leadership enhancement as well as project management. She is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and is the Editor in Chief of The Optimo Exchange Newsletter.

For almost twenty years, Jennifer has tackled the challenges that come with managing individuals, teams, and highly complex multimillion-dollar projects. Drawing from her extensive experience and working with a highly qualified team of experts, Jennifer refined the techniques into proven and practical life skill principles, which can be applied to virtually any situation in life. She teaches these principles with keynotes, seminars, workshops, and roundtable discussions. Most recently, Jennifer launched PDUs2Go for Project Managers on the Go. From experience, she knows how difficult it can be to make time for classroom or online learning so she has developed a new way for Project Managers to Earn n’ Learn while on the go.

Jennifer is a member of the National Association of Female Executives, Women in Technology International, and Atlanta Chamber of Commerce. Jennifer works with NAAR - the National Alliance for Autism Research, to help coordinate the signature fundraising event for the Atlanta metropolitan area. She also volunteers her time to handle event coordination for Visionary Films and the Georgia Big Picture Conference.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Alabama, a master certificate in project management from George Washington University, and Master Degrees in project management and business from Keller School of Management. 


Ian Savage - Partner; Profitable Revenue Growth Practice Leader

Ian brings more than three decades of global sales, distribution channel and management consulting experience to BeOne Now. Ian has designed, developed, and implemented strategic sales curricula in Switzerland, Norway and the U.K.

Ian moved to the U.S. in 1995 to join the leadership team of Target Marketing Systems (TMS), a leading consulting and training organization in sales processes and methodologies. Ian designed, developed, and deployed the implementation architecture used by Siebel Multi-Channel Services after it acquired TMS.

Ian has a proven track record of increasing effectiveness with particular strength in the development of change management approaches to implementing and operationalizing methodologies and processes across sales organizations.

Originally from the U.K., Ian earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Southampton University.



Patrick Jones - Partner

Patrick brings more than two decades of consulting, business development, and government experience to BeOne Now.  A former GOP deputy political director for the state of Georgia, Patrick served on Georgia Governor Perdue’s racial reconciliation panel and was a member of the Governor’s new Georgia Task Force. He also served as director of programs for the Coretta Scott King and MLK, Jr. federal holiday commission.

Prior to joining BeOne Now, Patrick served as a partner in the strategy & consulting division of Siebel Systems; a principal at Internet Strategy and Strategic Alliances and Diamond Technology Partners, and a senior consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Miami University and an MBA from Duke University.
