"David Nour is an ideal profile of a consultant I had in mind when I created the Master
Mentor program. He is a thought leader in strategic and quantifiable
relationships, he is poignant and pragmatic with his recommendations, and genuinely
cares about helping his clients achieve unprecedented results."

Alan Weiss, Ph.D.

Consultant, Speaker and Author

Master Mentor Program

I recently became certified in Alan Weiss' Master Mentor program - see attached press release. As one of 24 global Master Mentors, through my mentoring program, you'll now have access to Alan's vast community including Alan's Forum, Private Roster Newsletter, and the Mentor Summit.

These mentor summits are consistently comprised of incredibly sharp entrepreneurs, consultants, and professional service providers as well as unique insights from Alan and very actionable best practices you can apply the day you get back to your office.

FYI - I practice what I preach: working with Alan in the past several years has doubled my business in the past two years, while I'm spending more quality time with my family and working with clients I like, doing intellectually stimulating and fun projects I enjoy!  My consulting business is up 140%, and my speaking business is up 85% year-to-date - in great thanks to Alan's approach; much of which I've now integrated into my coaching & mentoring program.

Lastly, in an effort to add value to you, here are the critical steps I follow in every opportunity pursuit - which by the way, also applies to strategic relationships, if you're not trying to grow a business.

If you do nothing else with this email, cut & paste this list into a single page and put it in front of you as a strong reference tool:

1.      Become an Object of Interest / Create Market Pull

2.      Develop Diverse, Quality, Value-Based Market Relationships

3.      Ensure You're Dealing With an Economic Buyer (EB)

4.      Provide Value, Provoke, Contrarian Perspective

5.      Develop a Trusting Relationship

6.      Gain, mutual Conceptual Agreement on Objectives, Measures, Value (OMV)

7.      Provide a Timely Proposal - Always with Options

8.      Nurture the Business Relationship, i.e. Rinse & Repeat, as You Think About The 4th Sale First!
