Assessments

It's difficult to prescribe a roadmap to improve or enhance a situation without a preliminary assessment!  Real impact in any business can only be achieved with a change in individual behavior, streamlined repeatable processes, and practical tools.  Each individual, team, and organization thinks and behaves very differently - based on their unique experiences, regarding the value of strategic relationships and application of social networks at work.

As such, The Nour Group has developed the following assessments for both individual coaching, as well as the overall development and nurturing of a successful, productive team.

I. ASSESSMENTS: Assessing Relationship-Centered Behaviors

1. INDIVIDUALS: Relationship Signature Index™ (RSI)
    (20 Min.; 2 Hour review)

  • An online assessment tool for individuals based on the highly analytical and proven Whole Brain Model© and the world-leading HBDI (Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument)™ thinking style assessment
  • Designed to create a highly customized individual learning and development roadmap and coaching plan of the Relationship Economics framework
  • Based on each individual’s twenty (20) relationship-centered behaviors and coaching requirements, the report is used as a personal SWOT analysis

2. TEAMS: Relationship dna™ Team-Based Assessment
    (Two Weeks to 30 Days)

  • Based on the innovative Social Networking Analysis (SNA) fundamentals, the Relationship dna™ is a team-based assessment of the group’s ability to engage others including respective strengths, relationship-centric asset utilization, and compensation for the team’s overall weaknesses
  • Mapping of information flow / knowledge sharing within informal / trust-based relationships, including email tracking and mapping, as well as web-based and personal interviews
  • Visual analysis of the data models assessing the Relationship Dynamics Chart™ – see Figure below

  • Full day workshop to review the relationship dynamics, highlight group analysis, with breakout sessions of smaller groups to discuss how to promote relevant connectivity, deter organizational design, culture and leadership from pushing the dynamics back to neffective patterns, and cataloging ideas into action plans
  • High recommendation of repeating the process in 6 and 12 months to track objectives and impact on performance over time
  • Identification of a group within the organization where investments made to improve collaboration have the potential to yield a significant payback either strategically or operationally
